• Account information (name, email address, hashed password, subscription status)
• Uploaded music files and playlists
• Usage data (play history, device info, IP addresses for session grouping)
• Support and contact requests

2. How Long We Retain Data

• Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• Music Files & Playlists: Retained until you delete them or your account is deleted.
• Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytics and troubleshooting, then anonymized or deleted.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login or activity for 18 months may be deleted after notice.

3. Data Deletion Policy

• You can delete your music files and playlists at any time from your account dashboard.
• You may request account deletion by contacting us at musyncmultiroom@gmail.com.
• Upon account deletion, all personal data, music files, and playlists will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

4. User Rights

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
